Emplotime - How it works?

Emplotime consists of two basic parts; The emplotime clock, where the employees report the arrival and leave. 
This page is very simple. The employee has no need to log in or out. He just select his name and tap or click In or Out. 
This page can be set to be used from any PC, tablet or mobile device. The administrator decides from which PC's the employees will be able of using the time clock.

The second part is the administrator portal itself. The administrator needs to login to his portal. Within this page, the administrator is able to add employees, see and modify transactions (Employee's working hours), print and export monthly reports.

It is possible to check the functionality of these pages through the Demo application. The Demo application is a fully functional EmploTime Web application, where basically the difference with the real one, is that there is no need of logging in to the admin portal. Multiple Clocking

Emplotime allows to activate multiple clocking (or multiple punching) from the Additional Settings inside the Company Settings. This feature, provides the ability to monitor breaks by allowing your employees to Clock In and Out several times a day. Emplotime Version 2.0, brought the  time and attendance solution to a whole new level, since it now provides also wonderful and detailed reports where you can see, not only, total break times on a daily basis, but also all the employees Ins and Outs transactions, that, together with the total regular and overtime hours, it becomes to a comprehensive source of attendance information for the employer. Employee Scheduling

Emplotime offers an employee scheduling feature at no extra cost. As a manager you can manage your company schedules fast and easy. The employee scheduling process is really simple, you add the employee tasks in the Emplotime calendar and these will be shown at the employee clock page, this way, your employee will be able to see the tasks you have assigned for him. In order to schedule a new task, from your administrator portal, click on the "Company Details" button and then click on the "Manage Schedule" button. At this point the calendar will open and you only need to select the required employee to start scheduling tasks for him. If you have selected to "Show Calendar at Employee Clock Page" the employees will be able to click the "Calendar" button from the clock page and see whatever tasks you have assigned for him in the Emplotime calendar.
